The Martinez
In some drinks, the ingredients clash to create wonderful layers and waves of flavors that interact like a fight choreographed by Yuen Woo-Ping.
Other drinks need the ingredients to make love like a scene from a European art film. With the classic cocktail, the Martinez, I found this latter approach much more effective.
